Order Online & Pay by Credit Card via Fax: Choose the "Pay by Fax" option during the check out process, entering all other pertinent information into the shopping cart form. Print a "Credit Card Payment Form" by clicking on this link. Fill out the form, including the order number from your gfsoap.com order confirmation and your credit card information. Sign the form and fax the completed order form to 701-539-2256. Your credit card information will be processed manually and then destroyed.
Order Online & Pay by Credit Card via Mail: Print a "Credit Card Payment Form" by clicking on this link. Fill out the form, including the order number from your gfsoap.com order confirmation and your credit card information. Ordering by Mail: Print an order form by clicking on this link. Mail the completed order form to: Gluten-Free Savonnerie, 11310 89th ST NW, Wildrose ND 58795. When ordering by mail, you may chose to pay by credit card, check or money order.
Mail Order & Paying by Credit Card: Enter your credit card information and sign the order form. Your credit card information will be processed manually and then destroyed.
Mail Order & Paying by Check or Money order: Make checks or money orders payable to "Gluten-Free Savonnerie" and mail the payment with your completed order form. Orders paid with a personal check will not be shipped until our bank clears the check.

Orders usually ship the next business day after you place your order.

The shipping fee for any order shipped to a US address is $6.99. Orders to Canada will incur actual shipping charges.

We have full confidence in the quality of our products, however if you are not satisfied with a product you receive, please send us an email at: service@gfsoap.com and explain the problem. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

RETURN POLICY

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If the package damaged upon receipt, please have your mail carrier document the damage. If the merchandise is damaged or otherwise unacceptable, contact us immediately by email at: service@gfsoap.com

Please tell us why you wish to return the item and the remedy you are seeking (credit or replacement). We will not accept a returned item unless you have communicated with us first.

Information we collect is used solely for the purpose of our business dealings with you. We keep your name and contact information on file for the purpose or providing you with good service and to fill your orders.

Neither Gluten-Free Savonnerie nor any of its agents, affiliates or content providers shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of use of the service, information or products or out of any breach of any warranty. Customer hereby acknowledges that the provisions of this section shall apply to all content and products on the Gluten-Free Savonnerie web site.

This Agreement is personal to you, and you may not assign your rights or obligations to anyone. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The Privacy Policy and this Terms of Use agreement are, together, the complete and entire agreement between you and Gluten-Free Savonnerie and supersede any prior agreement, whether oral or written.

This Agreement, all intellectual property issues, and your rights and obligations shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of North Dakota governing contracts wholly entered into and wholly performed within North Dakota and any action to enforce this Terms of Use agreement or in any manner related to Gluten-Free Savonnerie shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in North Dakota and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
